What should I do if I received defective, damaged items, or an incorrect order?
If your order arrived defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please do not remove it from its original packaging. We’ll be happy to replace it.
To request a replacement, email us at support@bargzny.com and we’ll provide the next steps.
How do I return my order?
You can return your order within 30 days of purchase. To start a return, please email us at support@bargzny.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process from there.
What are the conditions for returning my order?
Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.
What items cannot be returned?
We cannot accept returns for:

Items damaged for reasons not caused by our error
When will I get my refund?
We’ll send you an email once we receive and inspect your returned item. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method. Please allow a few days for the credit to appear.
What should I do if my refund is taking too long?

Why can't I get a refund for my item?
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Will you refund my shipping costs if I return my order?
We cover return shipping (via a prepaid label) only if the item you received was incorrect, damaged, or defective.
Will I get a refund if I return an item because I didn't like it?
Yes. However, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund if the item was not defective.
What happens if I return a gift that was shipped directly to me?
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the item, we’ll email you a gift certificate.
What happens if I return a gift that was not marked as a gift?
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, the refund will go to the original buyer, and they’ll be notified of the return.
